Wife had an overheating van. She was told the radiator fans needed replacing. She was charged $400 for the replacement. You know where I'm going with this. The van was driven approximately 3 miles before it was smoking and and spewing antifreeze. After returning the van for further maintenance, we were told the van "was missing a thermostat". This didn't fix the issue either.
The personnel there are great! Was amazed, when I went in for an oil change. They also cleaned all all my windows , vacuumed the car out and checked all my fluids and tire pressure. Amazing! Great and fast experience. And all for $36.99 with a $2.00 discount when I washed my car.
Incidentally, a family member took a look and discovered not only a disintegrated radiator hose, but a hole in the radiator as well; all within a 3 minute examination of the engine.
Went in around 12:30pm and needed an oil change, inspection and tires rotated. Within 5 minutes my car was in and being worked on. I sat down and before I could finish researching 1 thing on my phone, my car was done. The staff was very professional and thorough. The building was very clean and comfortable as I waited. I have now used Liquid Lube for both my cars and have had similar experience each time. Would definitely recommend.

We are very disappointed in the amount of time and money we shelled out at this business, we walked away with no resolution from them but then had three van fixed in one day by someone else. We are actively recommending people to not do business here.
