Can't say enough good stuff about Dr. Lewis and his staff. I have only been there twice, but have had good experiences.

I take my grandmother here to see Dr. Lewis @ SML Family Practice. Dr. Lewis is great and my grandmother has always been satisfied & happy w/him. However the office secretary staff at front desk are really nosy & have attitude. On my grandmother's last visit one of the ladies asked me "Do you ever work?" I said yeah, of course. She replied "Obviously not if you have so much time to drive your grandmother around." I didn't reply. When my grandmother came out from her appointment & we signed her papers, this same lady told me "You should find a job and hire someone to watch after her." They are nosy and as I said have attitude. They are rude too. I am a married 31 year old guy w/ a wife & kid in Thailand. I have worked since I was 15. I don't need to listen to some lady tell me I need to get a job like i'm some teenager while i'm taking my grandmother to her appointment.
It would have been had I went with Dr.Lewis, and he is the only reason I am giving this a three star. (He himself deserves 5)
First I want to make clear this review does not reflect Dr.Lewis himself...
I waited 2 months for a run of the mill physical. The secretary, first time speaking with this one, insisted I was too poor for any blood work because of my lack of insurance and had a real attitude with assisting me... and even insisted I couldn't see my regular Doctor for this. I thought it was strange but complied with a female Dr.
Skip to the day of my appointment, I call early in the am to get a reminder of the time and was informed the doctor, that the secretary insisted on setting me with wasn't taking any new patients. I could have had this taken care of much sooner but, I prefer this clinic based on my experience with Dr.Lewis. I wasted 2 months of my time waiting for that appointment thinking the wait was worth the quality I was getting.
He is a fantastic Doctor. this coming from someone who hates the doctor! So please, DO set with Lewis.
Think what you want to think but keep your opinions to your own self.
They DID offer to reschedule the appointment but, I didn't want to wait another 2 months.
