The service was outstanding! Water was calm and peaceful around the area and the employees were very helpful and patient with our families.
Did not known what to expect. Very clean! Easy access to the lake with a beautiful view. Simple yet perfect time for the amount of time we spent. I love this camper park!
We've stayed at the Halesford Harbor Inn 3 or 4 times in the last 6 months. It is very clean and comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel for a peaceful relaxing stay.
Weekday off season rates are almost cheaper than staying home! I'm fine paying full rates in season at this hidden gem.
My husband and I recently spent a few days at the cabin at Halesford Harbour Resort. We live less than an hour away, but this is our go-to stress relief retreat. The cabin is just a few steps away from the lake and we enjoy sitting on the screened in deck during the day and after dark listening to the wonderful sounds of nature. The cabin was spotless and had all the comforts of home at your fingertips. Jim and Chris are top notch in our book and will recommend places to visit and also restaurants in the area. Everyone you meet on-site are friendly and you can tell they really enjoy their jobs and take pride in what they do. We have lived in the area for many years and would highly recommend Halesford Harbour Retreat above any other place to stay in the area.
Most of the staff at the boat rental area were great. However, I interacted with an older gentleman who proved to be very rude and disrespectful to me as a customer. Trying to explain myself, he refused to listen and continued to display a disrespectful demeanor towards my group. I enjoyed renting a boat from Halesford Harbour but this man caught me off guard in every way - it has been a long time since I have interacted with a staff person that rude and I will make sure it doesn't happen again. Stay away from the Resort staff.
