I had asked for a quote for cleaning the roof as well as replace the roof. I received a quote for cleaning only after they inspected the roof because they said the roof shingles still were serviceable. Honesty! Bob Riddick even answers his own telephone occasionally.
Starting with Patty who took my frantic phone call, Patty listened to my plea and put me on the schedule. She then sent me 2 wonderful young men, Tony and Travis who made quick work of my problem,( leak in my dinning room ceiling). They assured me if I had any more problems .. They would be back.. I've highly recommend using Bob Riddick Home Services as a roofing contractor. He has replaced my two homes shingles over 20 years ago. Both home roofs are still performing well. One in direct sun the other in the shade constantly from large trees. I recently used Bob's services to clean the shaded roof to eliminate growing moss and stains from the trees. The results were spectacular, the home appearance was considerably enhanced.
We were very pleased with the repair work done on the roof around our skylights as well as the chimney crown repair. The most impressive thing about Riddick employees was that they rang our doorbell right on time. We were tickled to see workers ready to begin ON TIME at 8am. They were also very professional and polite. They kept us posted on what they would be doing. They also cleaned up the area before leaving.
