She even made sure I got a coupon for a massage and tried a sample of their tea. I bought a couple drinks and felt the prices were pretty decent.
The place is a little tricky to find, but well worth it when you do! The center it's in makes you think they are on the upper or ground level, when they are actually right next to the restraunt on the LOWER level.
Truly the best massage possible!!
The store says 'spa, store and more' and it is definitly that! The store has a lot of hard to find, gluten free and natural foods, drinks, teas, novelty items, and aromatherapy items. I like the fact that mostly everything had price stickers clearly visable so I didn't have to constantly ask 'how much is this'.
The spa has 2 seperate rooms and both are handicap accessable with heated tables, showers and fireplaces. The larger room is more comfortable and even has a tv, playing nature videos. I noticed two bathrooms and one has a huge, beautiful tiled shower (I peaked behind the curtain). Not sure about the other bathroom.
Wonderful selection of essential oils. The salt room is AMAZING!! Best spa in Westlake!
I think they do need to have better signs though so more people can find them.

True Organics is full of so many great items! Plenty of choices of healthy foods for people with allergies like me. They have a great assortment of international sweets and teas too. The massage rooms are beautiful and they offer so many services. The salt room is so cool! I definitely recommend stopping there if your in the Smith Mountain Lake area and looking for relaxation and delicious foods.
This place is both an organic store as well as an organic Spa. The organic store has a lot more items than other local stores and a huge variety to choose from. The owner even has a 'promotional' stand that changes monthly. The spa is amazing and is fully handicapped accessible, even the shower facility is equipped for a wheelchair! They have two different treatment rooms both with fireplaces and equipped with table showers. They even have a salt therapy chamber.
The young lady working is very nice and helpful, answering any questions I had. She even stopped cleaning (it was getting close to closing) to show me around and where stuff was and never acted like she was in a hurry.
There is limited staff so you might take a chance of the store being closed during business hours if the therapists are in session. They may also be a little hard to find if you are not familiar with where Joe's Pizza is. The owner has informed me that she is working on fixing these issues though. All in all it's definitely worth the find.
