Going downhill here recently. I've noticed some of the great staff is gone. The drive thru takes a lot longer than it did and orders get messed up more often than they used to.
It's like a different world here. Exceptionally clean, smiling faces, helpful employees, fast service, it's no wonder this place has won awards.
Paid with a new $20 bill the lady marked it, shook it, held it up in the light and stared at it. Next person in line comes up, pulls a $20 bill and pays no problem. What was that??? I was easily profiled for no reason. This is an affluent area, im 26 not 15, im not wearing dirty clothes. Id enjoy an explanation from the owner for this one.
Most of the time it's really good, in both service and food. Occasionally, you'll get bad service and cold food, but that's been pretty rare.
